We create and sell handmade stained-glass items.
All products are crafted individually, and slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product listings at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in euros.
Prices may change without notice.

Taxes (such as VAT) will be applied according to Spanish regulations.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Orders and Payment

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other methods offered on the site.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example in cases of:

Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Out-of-stock items

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a refund.

Shipping

We ship to any country within the EU.

Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping provider, and custom-made items.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays caused by shipping companies are outside our control.

If you live outside the EU, please contact us for queries.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are handmade, please review our return/refund policy below:

If the item arrives damaged: Contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will replace or refund it.
If the wrong item was received: We will correct the issue.
Custom or personalized items: non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
