Shipping Region

We currently ship within the European Union (EU) only.
If you live outside the EU, please contact us directly to receive a custom shipping quote based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Rates (EU only)

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight.
For orders up to 1 kg:

Spain: €5 flat rate
Other EU Countries: €10 flat rate

As a guideline, a medium-sized stained glass piece typically weighs between 400–500 g.

If your order exceeds 1 kg, we will contact you with the updated shipping cost before finalising your shipment.

Processing and Shipping Timing

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on destination within the EU. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the EU should not incur additional customs fees. If any unexpected charges arise, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
